Plastic surgery is becoming more and more common today, and it is empowered by technology in our pursuit of beauty. Some people choose to undergo plastic surgery in order to become more attractive and confident. however, some anti-plastic surgery groups have been resisting this behaviour with conservative ideas. They may be their family, lover, co-workers, or friends and so on. disagreements and even conflicts arise in the process of getting along and communicating. So we need to use empathy design to narrow the gap between the two groups of people's thinking and mitigate unnecessary conflicts.

Through research, the anti-plastic surgery crowd only sees the beginning and result, which leads them to believe that this is easy and can be achieved with only money and technology. However, plastic surgeons need to fully make adequate psychological and physical preparations before the surgery, and the recovery period after the surgery is a very painful process. Finally, we need to simulate the conditions of plastic surgery patients during the recovery period by controlling the behaviour of the face through a wearable device, it allowed the testers to feel uncomfortable during use.
